Begin Well is a christian charity providing affordable, accessible, evidenced based antenatal courses across the south-west UK. Our aim is to give you the best starting blocks for family life.
Over the 6 week course you will look at caring for your baby, giving birth and meeting your baby, changes for your relationships and much more. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will have chance to ask questions and to meet other parents-to-be. The best time to do the course is in the last part of your pregnancy, after 28 weeks.
The course will run on Monday evenings, from 7-9pm. Each session covers a different topic, so please come to all the sessions to get the most out of the course. You only need to reserve one ticket for the first session to come to all the sessions. The course dates are 23rd Feb, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th March 2026. There is no charge for the course and your ticket will admit you and your birth partner.
