Gentle community walks & outdoor time all year round with no pressure.

Second Monday 6.15pm of every month ✨
NEW WALK FORMAT:
We meet outside the front of swan hotel.
Relaxed wellbeing check in with each other or just walk in peace without the pressure to talk.
We walk all the way round Embankment. To the bridge before Aspects Leisure Park, to the Riverside Bar where it finishes.
We have stops in silence at the two bridges before the riverside bar with a guided mindfulness prompt. We end the walk with a gratitude prompt.
*this is optional, if you do not like bridges please wait where you feel more comfortable*
This is a relaxed format and might change according to the needs of the group.
Most importantly we get outside & have safe company!🔆
Everyone is welcome, including dogs 🐶
