Please bring a journal and pen, water, an eye mask, yoga mat, or blanket, or anything that will help you meditate (these items are also available if you do not bring them).
About Mary:
Mary is an American trained kuya mesa carrier and a Peruvian trained ñusta and chumpi mesa carrier under the Peruvian Q'ero shamanic lineage. Utilizing this ancient wisdom, Mary guides clients on their shamanic path to spiritual and energetic growth and healing. A believer in the harmonious coexistence of science and spirituality, Mary recognizing the interconnectedness of all things in the universe.
An avid traveler and seeker of experiences, Mary has embarked on numerous adventures around the world. She currently works with Shannon Davis to coordinate the Chacana Spiritual Center's retreats. When traveling, Mary seeks out skills and topics to bring back to the Chacana Spiritual Center's students.
