Journey to the N.O.R. through using and holding postures along with sound induction that Indigenous peoples have used for tens of thousands of years! You will be given a history and descriptions of various postures that can bring metamorphosis, divination, healing, initiation, spirit journeys, celebration! This is a method for achieving Ecstatic Trance and its attendant visionary experiences. The method is based on certain works of non-western art – such as figurines and rock paintings – I’m not simply expressions of creativity, but are in fact ritual instructions. The posture held is combined with rhythmic stimulation, by drum or rattle, the body temporarily undergoes, dramatic neural physiological changes, and visionary experiences, arise that are specific to the particular posture held. in other words, whenever the same posture is assumed, the experience mediated is structured in a predetermined way. no experience is necessary! This is a safe and effective way to experience spirit journeys, and enhance your life! Bring pen, journal and water. The simple breath work and Trance last 20 minutes! The history and intro a half hour. Journaling and sharing, an hour or so. Two hours total and you can be centered, grounded and connected to the Non Ordinary Reality for a beautiful experience!
