Navigating IEPs, support plans, and advocacy for your child can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone. “I.E.at P.I.Z.Z.A.” is our way of creating a relaxed, welcoming space to ask questions, learn what your child is entitled to, and connect with other families on the same path.

Meditation: “Fuel for the Fight.” A grounding meditation will focus on finding calm in the chaos. Center yourself in moments of stress and prepare emotionally for the next significant meeting, decision, or milestone in your child’s journey.
