A Dementia Friend is a person who changes the way they think, act, and talk about dementia. IN this interactive Dementia Friends educational session, you will:
- Understand signs and symptoms of dementia.
- Learn dementia-friendly communication tips and interactive strategies.
- Find ways to engage and support persons who live with dementia.
This session will last 60 minutes. All participants will receive a certificate, resources, and - most importantly - an opportunity to be part of a meaningful movement.
