Held at a beautiful private Los Angeles retreat home with a pool, sauna, and hot tub, this experience blends intentional movement, nervous system support, healing workshops, beauty rituals, nourishing food, poolside relaxation, and genuine community.

10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Experience lymphatic self massage and Abhyanga, solar meditation, Yogalates, Kundalini Yoga and meditation, nourishing meals, pool time, beauty and wellness treatments, and an open mic talent share.
SUNDAYBEAUTY AND CONNECTION
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Explore nervous system regulation, energetic boundaries, somatic practices, partner stretching, beginner friendly Acro Yoga, nourishing food, pool time, beauty and wellness treatments, and a heartfelt closing circle.
Optional private treatments including massage, lymphatic drainage, facials, Reiki, red light therapy, compression boots, and more will be available to book separately during designated treatment times.
Beauty Energetics is open to women and men, all professions, and every experience level. No previous yoga, movement, or Acro Yoga experience is required.
Please bring comfortable movement clothes, a swimsuit, and an extra layer. Day passes do not include overnight accommodations. The private address and arrival details will be shared with registered guests before the event.
