Beauticians Reformer Pilates wellness event

Calling all my fellow beauticians, my beauty queens, my companions is slayyyyy, this one’s for you & it’s been a long time coming.

Join me for my pilot wellness event for beauticians, a cause close to my heart. Too many of us are forced to retire early because we don’t take care of ourselves whilst we make everyone else look cute.

We end up suffering from back issues, joint issues, and sometimes nerve damage. I was at a point where I was in constant pain and in my 20’s, that’s really not the vibe.

The solution? MOVEMENT! The day I took my movement routine seriously, it all changed for me. Our bodies are designed to move and we take this for granted a lot. My back and neck issues disappeared by me hitting the gym 3-4 times per week, my muscles had no strength and the work we do (whether it’s hair, nails, lashes etc) require a level of strength to maintain the repetitive motions we do when servicing clients.

I have many vices when it comes to my movement routine but refomer Pilates and mat Pilates are my favourite, so I’ve partnered up with @ refomer collective to bring you a taster session, because a big part of staying committed to the movement is enjoying it. Let’s have a play and learn the foundations of reformer Pilates and who knows it might become your new thing too!

Tickets are £25 each and come with a pair of purple grip socks 🧦 (which you’ll need for the session)
