During our session, we will engage in ancient Taoist and Yogic practices, as well as guided meditations, aimed at enhancing your connection with nature's nurturing effects on your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Practical Notes:
Please come prepared with comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking in nature. I recommend bringing a journal and a water bottle, hot drink, mat or a blanket, snacks.
Where: We will meet at the top of the main Blaise Estate car park. Please arrive 15 min easier so we can all start on time.
