Join us for a monthly hands-on cooking series led by BC Dietitians, where food, evidence-based nutrition, and community come together.
Each month features a new topic, taught by practicing dietitians in a fun, interactive kitchen setting. You will cook, learn practical nutrition strategies, and enjoy the meal together.
Sept Theme: Gluten-Free Heart Health
This class focuses on how to support heart health through gluten-free cooking, with an emphasis on balanced meals, fiber, healthy fats, and practical swaps.
