About this Event

Perhaps you are curious about these night-time marvels that can navigate in the dark? Come along to a bat walk where our wild experts will help you to discover or dig deeper into this amazing subject!

Using our bat detectors to listen for bats, we can hear their unusual sound and perhaps catch sight of them too!

Embrace your wild side - what to expect:

Network of accessible footpaths throughout the reserve. Circular route to Castle Hill (with some road crossings) via public rights of way. Trail to Upper Park Wood which has magnificent bluebells in the spring.
