Get Ready for School Basketball with our Basketball Skills Training Camp.Each day will include skills sessions to improve fundamental skills such as dribbling, shooting, and passing along with game play to improve defensive and offensive understanding of the game. They will also work on footwork drills to improve quickness and agility along with some strength workouts to help improve speed and explosiveness. And don’t forget the cardio!!!
Coaches will help improve each player's individual abilities but also encourage teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership.
