Join Chris for a soulful, all-levels Full Moon Flow designed to help you release what’s heavy, recharge your energy, and move with intention. This gently energizing vinyasa-style class will invite you to flow freely, breathe deeply, and tap into your inner light—all while soaking in the powerful, illuminating energy of the full moon.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, this class is a beautiful space to unwind, reflect, and come together in community.

A fluid, feel-good yoga flow for all levels
Breathwork and mindful movement to support release and renewal
A calming cool-down and grounding under the full moon energy
Community connection in a welcoming, no-pressure space
Bring your mat, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cozy (blanket, journal, etc.).
