Welcome to the Annual 1-179th Infantry MURPH 2026!

Come join us on Thu May 21 2026 at 08:00 AM at the Edmond Readiness Center for a day of fitness, camaraderie, and honoring our fallen heroes. The MURPH challenge consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run, all done while wearing a weighted vest.

This event is a great way to push your limits, challenge yourself, and pay tribute to Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a true American hero. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this event is open to all levels. So grab your friends, lace up your sneakers, and get ready to sweat!
