About this Event

BASIC (Building a Sustainable Investment Community) is a new cross-sector nonprofit community for professionals in the sustainability and climate space.  We’re bringing together ESG professionals,  investors, academics, and sustainability leaders to build meaningful connections and advance the transition to a more resilient environment.

This Summer Social Picnic in Central Park on July 23rd is intentionally simple: bring yourself, bring a friend or colleague, and come ready to meet people who care about the same things you do. 

What to expect:

• Relaxed outdoor networking in Central Park
• A mix of ESG professionals, students,  & climate advocates
• An intro to what BASIC NY has planned for the rest of 2025,  including happy hours, workshops, panels, and impact investing programming
