In this class you will learn the basic techniques of icing a cake. You will learn to apply a crumb coat, finish the cake with buttercream, and add final decorations to the cake. The cakes will be finished with buttercream swirls, sprinkles and colored chocolate drip.
You will choose either a chocolate or vanilla pre-baked cake to decorate. Once decorated, you will take home a 3 layered, fully decorated cake in a box that should served about 14 to 16.
This class is designed for beginners. Participants should be 14 years of age or older. Start time is at 5:30 and should last about 2 to 3 hours. Everything needed will be provided for this class. You may want to bring your own apron. You are also welcome to bring in snacks and beverages, none will be provided. Once you have paid for a class, we are unable to give a refund. You can, however, receive credit to attend another class in the future.
