Join us for an exclusive pre-Super Bowl charcuterie workshop where you'll learn the art of crafting game-day-worthy meat and cheese boards.
Deda Decapo from Queen Bees Charcuterie will be demonstrating a variety of cheese cuts, salami roses, presentations on boards and explaining the differences in cheese and meat varieties, selecting premium cured meats, artisanal cheeses, and complementary accompaniments. Deda will teach professional arrangement techniques to create stunning displays that will elevate your Super Bowl spread.
To finish up the workshop you will be invited to enjoy the beautiful and delicious charcuterie board that Deda creates along with a glass of sparkling cider!
Beautiful handmade wooden boards will be available for purchase by craftsman Jim Peterson for creating your own charcuterie designs at home.
