What to Expect In Class:
Barre Sculpt incorporates weights, balls and resistance bands into the entire barre essentials format. The class will incorporate cardio bursts during thigh and seat work taking this full-body workout to the next level! This class is ideal if you wish to expand your barre practice, tighten and tone and get your heart rate up. Students will deepen their alignment principles while receiving an amazing, full body workout.
With over 10 years of experience and training from one of the pioneers of Barre, Crystal brings a high level of expertise and hands on modifications to all participants.
*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea & hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
