Set in the iconic Afflecks building, every Tuesday 9.15 - 10.00am @ Animaid Cafe on the 2nd floor

Barre is a blend of pilates, ballet and yoga

Medium intensity. Suitable for all levels, options will be given.

All ages (above 14) and genders welcome. No background experience required.

Safe, no-judgements, no-pressure space. Just you, your body, and a bit of fun and movement!

Bring your own mat (or limited numbers available to rent at £1: see ticket options).

Wear comfortable clothing and bring drinking water.
