Bare Naked Yoga - Last Session of 2025

Next Bare Naked Yoga Class will be on March 7, 2026!! This is your chance to join, before we pause for winter!
At 10:00am PST, we will meet in the parking lot at Torrey Pines Gliderport, 2800 Torrey Pines Scenic Drive , La Jolla, CA, 92037. There is plenty of parking. We will gather at the trailhead,(the trailhead is southwest in the parking lot. There is a guardrail separating the parking lot and a wide open sandy area. We will meet at the guardrail and walk down together). We will begin walking down to Black's Beach at 10am sharp, please be on time! We will experience a 60 minute yoga class. After class, you have the option to stay, swim and play at the beach or depart when you feel ready.

For over three years, a community of conscious, respectful souls has been gathering for this profound and transformational yoga experience—one rooted in deep self-connection, empowerment, and sacred trust.

Yoga is more than movement; it is the divine union of mind, body, and soul. In this sacred space, you are invited to step beyond the noise of the outside world and journey inward—to meet yourself fully, without barriers, without limitations.

Your body is a temple, a vessel of wisdom and strength. The practice of releasing your clothing within yoga is not about exposure—it is about liberation. It is about shedding the layers, both physical and emotional, that no longer serve you. Fear, doubt, old narratives—what happens when you let them go? What freedom awaits on the other side?

This is a courageous practice. It may feel vulnerable, but in that vulnerability lies immense power. You will be held in a container of safety, surrounded by a community that honors boundaries, consent, and the sacredness of this journey. Together, we breathe, move, and expand into our fullest selves.

Our time together begins in stillness—grounded, and guided into meditation. You are always at choice to release any clothing, only if that feels right for you, always in sovereignty over your own body. Through intention-setting, breath, and movement, you will awaken the connection between your heart and mind, inviting profound shifts within.

As we flow, we build energy—moving through sun salutations, warrior sequences, and balancing postures that strengthen and empower. The practice is both a physical and spiritual awakening, a reclamation of presence, a returning home.

We close in deep surrender—longer, meditative holds that guide you back to your breath, your essence. The sound of the waves, the rhythm of your heartbeat, the spaciousness within. A final invitation to release what no longer serves you, to step forward lighter, freer, whole.

This is not just a class. It is a ceremony, a rite of passage, a sacred honoring of self and community. Here, we revere one another as divine beings—gods and goddesses in our purest form.

Are you ready to step into your power?

*You will want to wear proper shoes and carry your items in a backpack for the hike down to the beach.

*Bring a towel (maybe two if you plan to swim), sunscreen, bottled water, yoga mat (although, I prefer using a towel instead of a yoga mat) and any props that support your practice.

*This class is all levels. Everyone is welcome!

*This class is donation based. Suggested range is $25- $50. Bring cash or Venmo (@SaraAnn4).
