A Hands-On Korean Dessert Experience
Ever wanted to make your own Korean rice cakes? Here's your chance. Rice Blossoms is popping up at HAUS OF K for a hands-on baram tteok making workshop, and it's the kind of afternoon you'll want to bring a friend to.
You'll work with freshly steamed rice dough, mix your own natural colors, add sweet fillings, and stamp your very own baram tteok to take home. Make as many as you want. No skills needed, just good vibes and good dough.

Rice Blossoms brings a modern, elevated take on traditional Korean rice cakes, pairing careful steaming with intricate floral designs and a balance of sweet and savory flavors. Most of their desserts are vegan and gluten-free, made with simple ingredients like rice flour, water, and sugar.
The brand was founded by Jennifer Lee Ban, aka Mama Ban, who discovered the art of Korean dessert making while searching for healthy, creative snacks for her daughter after leaving a career in interior design. What started as a personal search turned into a mission: to modernize Korean desserts and share them, steamed with love, one rice cake at a time.
