Enjoy a breakfast menu of healthy nibbles along with this dynamic morning discussion featuring esteemed nutritionists, chefs, and cookbook authors.

Women are not small men! We need our own approach to food and exercise that's supportive of our hormones, even if we're not trying to get pregnant. Whether you’re struggling with PMS, perimenopause, PCOS, fertility issues or just aren’t feeling your best, this event is for you.

We'll be interviewing hormone experts Francesca Lyon, Lead Nutritionist and co-founder at FUTURE WOMAN, Dr. Ruqia Zafar NHS GP and Director of FUTURE WOMAN’s bHRT clinic, Korin Nolan founder of Power Pilates UK and Dynamic Pilates TV and Jenny Tschiesche, Nutritionist and Bestselling author to discover exactly how to approach our daily diet and habits to feel our best. The panel will be facilitated by Mex Ibrahim Co-founder of Women in the Food Industry.

During this event, you’ll have the unique opportunity to embark on a tasting journey, sampling a diverse range of innovative and delicious breakfast nibbles, designed to support balanced energy and happy hormones. These culinary delights are crafted by independent British maker brands available on Todelli.com, your Online Ethical Deli Market and carefully selected and curated by the Lead Nutritionist Francesca Lyon from FUTURE WOMAN to support hormone health.
