Balance in the Bungalow - Redwood City

Class Description: We will be focussing on strength and flexibility to improve our balance. We will be either sitting in a chair or standing for our exercises. Even when you are standing, you will have a chair nearby to support you. You will not have to sit on the floor or go on hands and knees.

What to wear: Comfy clothes. You can be barefoot or wear your shoes if that is what you normally do at home. Socks with a non-slip bottom are also fine, but regular socks are too slippery.

How much does this cost? Donations are welcome and will benefit local community non-profits that support people in our community that need our help. Donations can be through Eventbrite here OR by cash or check in the Donation Jar, Venmo (@vicki-martell), Paypal ([email protected]) or Zelle ([email protected]!

Parking Street parking is limited so come a little early as you may need to walk a ways. Consider it your warm up! Give yourself extra time for parking.

About Wholehearted Yoga Yoga should be available to everyone. Rich and poor. Flexible and tight. Young and old. Beginner and advanced. Playful and serious. Wholehearted Yoga is about much more than physical poses and touching your toes. It is about breath, meditation and showing up in the world with kindness, honesty, compassion, generosity and gratitude.

Wholehearted Yoga provides a fun, gentle, and calming environment accessible and available to everyone. All classes are donation-based. Suggested donation is $15-$25 and will benefit local non-profits that help people that are struggling.
