This workshop will blend rhythmic yoga and expressive movement practices from dance/movement therapy to support embodied exploration.
About this Event

We will begin with an embodied check-in to invite thoughts, feelings, body sensations, expressive movement, and healing intentions. Crystal will lead a rhythmic yoga flow to warm-up our bodies, connect with our breath, and support therapeutic release. Nathaniel will guide us through a series of expressive movement prompts to expand our movement exploration, connect with our inner intentions and intuitive understanding of body movement as a healing resource. Finally, we will close with optional reflection and movement sharing.

What to Bring:

-a yoga mat or blanket

-comfortable clothes to move in

-water

-a journal or notebook to reflect in during or after the experience (optional)
