This portion of the event is aimed at arming you with the knowledge needed to perfect your at-home chops. It's like BBQ Biology taught in after-school detention. And when you've finished your homework, Ray Ray himself will guide you and your friends through a hands-on BBQ bonanza! Get smoke in your eyes and grease on your jeans as you learn the true trade secrets to proper wings, pulled pork, & brisket.
