An Introduction from the instructor;

Hello! I’m Savannah, a certified yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and pranayama teacher. After teaching at Centers around the U.S., I felt called to come share this practice here in Ohio. With a deep passion for yoga philosophy and natural healing, I aim to bring these ancient traditions into the modern world in a way that’s authentic and inclusive. My intention is to build community where we can encourage each other through our own personal journeys. Yoga is more than just asanas—it’s a lifestyle that fosters balance and well-being. I offer diverse practices to meet you where you are, whether you seek relaxation, strength, flexibility, or emotional-processing. No matter your experience, I’m here to hold space and support you.
