In this guided experience, Allison will lead you through intentional breathing techniques designed to help regulate the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and support emotional release. As the breath deepens, the body is invited to unwind—creating space for clarity, grounding, and a renewed sense of ease.
This class is open to all levels, whether you are new to breathwork or returning to your practice. You are encouraged to arrive as you are, and allow the session to meet you exactly where you are in your day, your week, your season.
