Looking for something more social, energizing, and genuinely fun than another Tuesday at home?
Edmonton Bachata Tuesdays is a weekly Latin dance night where people come to move, meet others, and forget about work for a few hours. Whether you’ve never danced before or already love Latin music, the night is designed to feel welcoming from the moment you walk in.
Bachata is one of the easiest and most addictive partner dances to learn — a social dance from the Dominican Republic that’s now danced all over the world. No partner or experience is needed, and our beginner-friendly lessons are specifically designed for first-timers.
Hosted by YEG Dancer, the focus is on quality classes, a strong community atmosphere, and creating an experience people actually look forward to during the week — not just another bar night or drop-in class.

- Bachata Tuesdays are community-run, so if you'd like to join our team or offer a hand, reach out to us on our website for more details.
- Additionally, this weekly dance night follows our longstanding safety policy, which all participants must adhere to. By attending, you agree to be bound by this policy and that repeat offenders will be banned from YEG Dancer events.

Bachata Dance Lesson
Host: Irina Feldesh
Info: In the first hour, our experienced dance instructors will guide you through a beginner-friendly lesson, breaking down the fundamentals step by step. No dance experience or partner is required. The last half hour will include intermediate level content for our more experienced attendees with some variations available for our first-time attendees.

Social Dancing & Mingling

Info: This is your time to shine and implement what you learned in the dance class! Don't be shy to ask the more experienced attendees for a dance! We will play a mix of Bachata and Salsa with some Kizomba and Zouk.
