Bach Ascending at Mickve Israel

Since Bach Ascending acquired its harpsichord bearing a beautiful Hebrew inscription, a partnership with Congregation Mickve Israel has been a long-held aspiration. This concert celebrates not only remarkable music-making, but also the deep interfaith relationship between Congregation Mickve Israel and Lutheran Church of the Ascension, Bach Ascending’s primary host venue—a relationship spanning decades and marked by shared worship, mutual support during Ascension’s renovation, and joint service through Grace Hot Meals for the Hungry.
