Tickets are $25.00 on Eventbrite or $30 at the door. Children 12 and over are welcome to attend with ticket. A wine and cheese reception follows in Rahn Hall to greet the performers. Please join us!

Petty Party Grass wields over 3 decades of professional bluegrass experience into an unforgettable party featuring the timeless songs of Tom Petty. Petty’s writing lends itself to the bluegrass style, and the tribute band produces the familiar melodies and lyrics in an irresistible, new way.  The band, featuring the vocals of Evan Rose and Cory Chambers, rounds out the set with bluegrass covers of pop songs that will keep you smiling. Brooks Easterling brings a versatile, upright bass that meets the challenge of any genre. The trio creates the classic bluegrass sounds with soulful vocals and virtuosic musicianship, while performing classics from outside the genre. 

Cory Chambers: Vocals, Guitar, Mandolin: Cory is a founding member and featured songwriter in regionally popular bluegrass bands City Hotel, and Swamptooth. He travels with the bands, and solo as a singer/ songwriter.

Evan Rose - Vocals, Guitar, Mandolin: Evan is one of the most in demand musicians you can find in the low country. Everyone wants Evan playing in their band, singing at their show, and on their team. He grew up in a traveling, family bluegrass band, and showcases the musical chops that only a lifelong picker can produce. Savannah is lucky to have one of the best musicians you can hear anywhere, Evan Rose

Brooks Easterling - Bass: Brooks Easterling began performing in bands as a teenager. He owns Savannah Guitar where his musical expertise extends to repairs and guitar setups. Comfortable in a funk band, a bluegrass band and all things between, Brooks is the perfect piece to the bluegrass supergroup.
