Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session designed for both you and your little one! Our in-person event will take place at the Prima Elements Holistic Wellness Center, providing a serene and peaceful environment for you to bond with your baby while focusing on your wellness.

Our class is suitable for new moms looking to ease back into exercise gently. It's great for Parents & Caregivers aiming to bond with Baby too! You can expect a blend of gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation to help you relax and recharge. All with an element of gentle play to support your bonding with your Baby.

No prior yoga experience is necessary, and babies of all ages are welcome to join. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in a supportive and encouraging environment.
