Start your Wednesdays with intention, breath, and
balance. Peaceful Ease & Flow is a 45-minute morning class
designed to gently awaken the body and soul through a
combination of mindful asana movement and restorative poses.
Each class draws inspiration from The 7 Spiritual Laws of
Success by Deepak Chopra—blending yoga postures that support
chakra clearing, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and
invite stillness, reflection, and inner alignment.
This series is thoughtfully guided by a 200-hr certified yoga
instructor through Embrace Yoga, a beloved former local studio.
Carolyn is currently pursuing another 200-hr yoga certification
through the Chopra Center. She brings additional inspiration and
presence from her own journey.
