Join Us for Baby & Me Reiki
You and your baby are more energetically in sync than you might realise - and that's exactly what makes this session so special.
Come and spend 30 minutes with your little one in a calm, cosy space designed just for the two of you. Snuggle them close on a yoga mat, breathe, and simply receive. As you relax into the Reiki, your baby will too.
Babies are incredibly receptive to energy work - they feel everything. A Reiki session can help them release tension, settle their nervous system, and feel more at ease, while you get a rare moment to slow down and be held too.
Each session has four experienced Reiki practitioners working simultaneously, so you'll be in an intimate group of four mums and caregivers, each receiving individual attention at the same time.
Whether you're navigating the postpartum period, sleepless nights, feeding challenges, returning to work, or simply craving a moment of calm, you'll be welcomed into a nurturing space designed for both you and your baby.
After your session, stay for a cup of tea, connect with the other mums and caregivers, and take home some simple energy hygiene practices you can use together.
Whether you're new to Reiki or already a convert, this is a gentle, welcoming space to bond, breathe, and restore.
