Welcome to life with baby!
Whether you are a new parent, seasoned grandparent, or an extended caregiver, we invite you to bring your baby to move together at Small World Yoga! This yoga flow will be baby-led, meaning it is completely okay for you to tend to your baby's needs throughout class (feed, diaper change, etc.).
Sarah will guide you through a yoga sequence engaging to both you and baby, including fun songs and movement. For babies 3–18 months. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket to support your practice.
What to expect:
30 minutes for movement
Time before and after for conversation
Community building for you and baby!
Attend a single session for $15, or save and attend all sessions for just $50!
Notes: If you are a postpartum caregiver, please check with your medical provider for guidance on when to begin physical activity. Caregiver must be in attendance the entire time. Class must have at least three sign-ups to occur, so register as soon as possible if you're interested!
