Parents with babies any age up to crawlers are welcome!

This class is designed for parents and their babies to bond over gentle yoga postures and breathing exercises, meet other parents, and explore gentle exercises for core and stability.

Baby & Me Yoga class is perfect for building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness for both mama or papa and a baby!
What to Expect:
✨ Gentle Movement: stretches and poses that are safe and supportive for new parents
✨ Bonding Time: this class is all about connecting with your little one through touch, movement, and eye contact
✨ Baby-Friendly Atmosphere: from tummy time to stretching together, our classes are designed to work with your baby’s developmental stage and help them feel calm, happy, and secure.
✨ Relaxation for You: Baby & Me Yoga gives you a chance to relax, recharge, and practice mindfulness while nurturing your baby’s growth. 🧘‍♀️✨

About the facilitator:

Angora is a registered prenatal yoga teacher and trained birth doula with over a decade of yoga practice. Committed to teaching yoga as an embodied experience from a trauma-informed approach, birth work like postpartum yoga has shown her the genuine meaning of surrendering and releasing control, as well as the way to truly honour and listen to our bodies.
