During this in-person event, our skilled gong master, Ron Pankratz, will create a meditative soundscape using a variety of planetary gongs and other therapeutic instruments. As you lie comfortably on a mat, let the gentle vibrations of the gongs wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a sense of deep relaxation.
