Awakening Pleasure is a three-part series inviting you to soften, sense, and explore your relationship with vu·va pIeasure through slow, guided self-touch in community.
Each evening stands alone – you’re welcome to join just this session or all three.
ABOUT THE SERIES
This evening is part of the Awakening Pleasure Series:
– G-Spot Exploration – 23 March
– Cervical Connection – 27 April
– Arousal as a Flavour – 25 May
This night focuses on the cervix – the lower part of the womb that many experience as numb, tender, or simply “too much.”
Instead of pushing through or treating it as something to get past, we’ll meet this area as a living, feeling part of you, with time, curiosity, and care for whatever is there: discomfort, emotion, or pIeasure, at your own pace.
WHAT TO EXPECT
– A slow, guided pace with time to pause and feel
– Clear instructions for gentle self-touch and soft self de-armouring
– Everyone focusing on their own body, in their own space
– A non-judgmental, consent-centered atmosphere
– No pressure to have a particular experience – all sensations (or lack of sensation) are welcome
This is for you if:
– You’re curious to explore your body more slowly and gently
– You’d like to (re)build trust with your own sensations and boundaries
– You value an honest, non-performative approach to pIeasure
– You’re ready for self-touch in a shared space with others on a similar journey
This is not for you if:
– You’re looking for a quick fix or guaranteed results.
– You feel unable to stay present if things feel too slow or too subtle.
– You’re not ready for a longer, ongoing relationship with your own body and boundaries.

WHO IT’S FOR
Vu·va 0wners who are ready to explore sensuality and sensitivity in a communal setting.
You feel emotionally self-resourced enough to participate in a self-development space (this is not therapy).
No previous experience with de-armouring is needed.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Anke Van Mullem (she/her) is a Holistic Intimacy & Relationship Coach and the founder of Soul’n Soma. Drawing on ancient and neo-Tantric and Taoist practices, as well as modern body-based and mindfulness tools, she creates warm, grounded spaces for exploration, healing, and growth. Empowering women and people with vu·vas is central to her work, especially through her Jade Egg practice and Awakening Pleasure series at House of Play and online.
