From attachment love to mature loveWho do you become when you have a crush, or fall deeply in love?
Falling in love can feel intoxicating. But it can also feel hijacking. It feels great one moment, but can awaken old patterns fast. Overwhelm, fear of rejection and romantic dreams easily take over.
But what if you could stay conscious in the experience of infatuation?
Feel it and enjoy it without immediately giving it meaning.
And even choose to bring that energy in as a spice in your relationships, instead of letting it run the show?
I sometimes call my work “trauma fun”, because yes, we go to deep wounds, but we also need to enjoy life while we do it. Otherwise we miss the whole point. So we will practice falling in love with everyone, unconditionally. I promise it is possible!
And we will also explore the deeper needs that get activated when we fall in love, the needs we hope someone else will finally meet.
We practice uncoupling projections.
We observe the dreams, the stories, the emotions that surface, and learn how to relate to them without collapsing into them.
Instead of clinging to the romantic bubble, or running away from it in fear of being hurt, we learn how to gently burst it, again and again, so that we can meet the real person in front of us.
The potential is not to stop falling in love.
The potential is to fall in love consciously and stay rooted in yourself.
This way you can choose where your love flows.
Perhaps even to feel a little infatuated with life, and a little more with the people you truly care about.
THE THEORY BEHIND:
When we fall in love, something real happens in the nervous system.
From a polyvagal perspective, infatuation often brings a mix of ventral connection (bonding, openness, aliveness) and sympathetic activation (excitement, intensity, anxiety). That combination can feel intoxicating. But uncertainty can also trigger old survival responses fast.
From an attachment perspective, falling in love tends to awaken our earliest templates of closeness. Longing, fear of rejection, fear of being too much, fear of being left, or the impulse to avoid love altogether. The adult thinks we are choosing a person, but the nervous system may be replaying an old blueprint.
Hormones amplify it. Dopamine drives focus and craving. Oxytocin increases bonding. Adrenaline adds intensity. When we don’t fully know the other yet, the mind fills in the gaps. That is where projections and romantic stories become strong.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
For you who are curious about revealing the deeper layers behind your choice of partners and sexual attractions. Be ready to go deep emotionally in a short time and play with some of our deepest fears and longings.
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?
This workshop is open for anyone who feels secure enough to hold the triggers and emotions that might surface. There will be clothes on touch and playful exercises as well as emotionally moving ones.
DO I NEED A PARTNER?
No partner needed, but feel welcome to come with one if you’d like.
DRESSCODE
Wear something comfortable that you can move around freely in.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Li Tadaa is a renowned workshop leader in Europe, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a dancer, and a Lust Coach with more than 15 years of experience in movement and embodiment.
Li’s knowledge of dance and routes to pleasure from traditions around the globe is combined with an understanding of the nervous system, dance therapy, somatic trauma healing, shamanism, and meditation practices.
Through her Dance Into Your Lust and Grow Up programs, Li has helped over a thousand people reconnect with their inner safety, pleasure, and adult selves.
