Why is the traditional seated position called Lotus pose in Yoga? And what does it represent? What is the story behind the Pigeon, or the Triangle poses? In Yoga, each and every pose has a specific name, and tells a particular story. And each of these stories comes with its wisdom. Often inspirational, full of wisdom and sometimes quite epic and incredible!
This workshop includes a Yin-Yang inspired practice. It is gentle on the body, so we are space in our mind to discover, take in and savor the storytelling behind the asanas (postures).
If you like your yoga practice, not only because it feels great in your body, but also because it comes with meaning and inspiration, this workshop is for you!
No prior experience in Yoga needed. All levels welcome.
The workshop will be taught in English, by Vanille, who is a French born international teacher of yoga, mindfulness and meditation with more than 10 years teaching classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings.
