We spend so much of our week in our heads. Rushing, scrolling, thinking about what's next. This is an invitation to start the weekend differently.The One with Yoga brings together movement and connection: a grounding yoga session followed by a relaxed, social breakfast. Because some of the best conversations happen when you're a little more relaxed than usual.
It's not about how experienced or flexible you are. It's about showing up, moving in flow, being present − and enjoying breakfast together after.
Yoga - What to Expect
Nishita will join us in facilitating this part − she has extensive yoga teaching experience across Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Hot Yoga classes, and when she’s not with us, you might find her teaching at SATS!
Nishita has curated a mixed level Vinyasa class, open to curious minds, beginners and advanced yogis alike.
