What kind of connection makes you forget your phone exists?
That’s the question behind DARE to BE (2nd edition! 🥰).
A live, in-person, embodied relating experience for people who want to meet others without performing.
Not the kind of connection built on swipes, scripts, or performance,
but the kind that happens when you stop trying to impress,
and start allowing yourself to be present with what is.
DARE to BE is a guided, embodied dating experience -not about instant matches,
but about learning how you choose before you override yourself..
It’s an invitation to slow down and remember what it feels like to relate without rushing, proving, or editing yourself.
THE EVENING FLOW
Once everyone has arrived and the doors close,
we begin together, grounding into the body through a guided somatic dance journey.
This is not a dance class, but dance is a crucial part of the experience -as a way to arrive into your body, soften the nervous system, and get in touch with what’s alive within you.
So the experience unfolds in three guided phases and a break in between held by live music:
1) Solo moments, where you tune into your own sensations, needs, desires, boundaries, and inner experience.
2) Paired moments, where you get to know each other and yourself guided by The Path to Love card deck I designed together with my husband. These questions are designed to reveal how you relate under pressure, attraction, and uncertainty... not to impress, but to notice.
3) Closing moment, where we gather in a sharing circle to integrate what surfaced, and name what wants to be carried forward. Notice what shifts when you allow yourself to be seen without performing.
Everything is invitational. You can always opt in or out, pause, or take space when you need it.
There is no expectation to share what you don’t wish to, flirt, or “connect” in any particular way. The intention is not to chase chemistry, but to build safety within, connect with your true Self, and witness what happens when you relate from that space.

Doors open at 18:00.
We’ll begin together shortly after, so arriving on time matters for you to have some time to settle and to prevent interruption.
