You’re invited into a grounding, inclusive space to slow down, reconnect, and gently awaken your inner light.Awaken Your Inner Light is a heart-centered wellness workshop designed to support emotional regulation, self-reflection, and a deeper sense of calm and clarity, without pressure, performance, or prior experience.

This evening is about coming exactly as you are. No meditation or journaling experience is needed, just a willingness to pause and be present.

What You’ll Experience

During this guided 60-minute workshop, you’ll be supported through:

• Grounding & gratitude meditation

• Gentle emotional regulation tools

• Intuitive reflection & journaling

• Group connection in a safe, inclusive space

• A guided journal to take home

Cost
This a community event . The cost is only $10, with all net procedes going to the Samper Caicedo Legacy. If you are FriendsQuarters member, this event is free. See information about both below. If for whatever reason, you cannot affod the cost, please reach out and we will support you.

Rachel Ann is a wellness guide, meditation facilitator, and coach devoted to creating spaces that feel safe, grounding, and empowering. Her work blends mindfulness, gratitude, emotional regulation, and intuitive reflection, supporting people in reconnecting with themselves in a gentle, accessible way.

✨ About the Samper Caicedo Legacy
This organization has been set up by Alejandro Samper and is dedicated to meaningful, positive impact in our community. This initiative is his way of honoring the legacy of his mom, Glitza Maria Caicedo Samper (Bachita), dad, Daniel Samper, and sister, Glitza Daniela Samper (Nena), who were tragically taken from us on April 26th, 2025, at the Lapu Lapu Festival, in Vancoueer Canada.Each had a deep passion for helping others. Through this foundation, their spirit of love, generosity, and service will continue to live on.
