Have you ever drummed, danced and sang all at once? Perhaps you haven’t in this lifetime yet women have all done this collectively in our pasts.In her book When the Drummers Were Women, Layne Redmond says “It is often said that the first sound we hear in the womb is our mother’s heartbeat. Actually, the first sound to vibrate our newly developed hearing apparatus is the pulse of our mother’s blood through her veins and arteries.” The pulse and vibration of our mother’s blood is carried all the way back through our grandmothers and their ancestors. This sacred time in community provides an opportunity to give birth to this experience of what we KNOW runs through our heritages and our very core, connecting us with nature and one another. We have proof from oral stories passed down, as well as archeological evidence unearthed from digs dating back thousands of years that women were the keepers of the drum in cultures all over the world. The consciousness transforming practices of drumming, dance, song and meditation can put us deeply in touch with our divine feminine energy and wisdom.
We invite you to reconnect with your inner goddess energy! On the first new moon of 2025, we invite you to join us for a sacred women’s drum circle where we will practicethe ancient feminine arts of sacred rituals, storytelling, drumming, and free-form movement. We will invoke the archetypal power of our goddess energy and together, we’ll reclaim the ancient wisdom of the drum as a sacred tool of feminine power, healing, and connection. You’ll experience the joy of community, creativity, and self-expression in a safe, supportive space.
Goddess attire is welcome yet not required.
-Bring a frame drum or rattle if you have it. Djembes are welcome as long as they can be held as you dance with them. We will have extras.

Meet Your Facilitators:
Christine Moses provides counseling and guidance for personal and spiritual growth utilizing many healing traditions and practices. Chris is a certified Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Master, Ordained Interfaith Minister, Ceremonialist, Sound Healer and author. She leads women’s circles and retreats, and also trains other women to lead sacred circles through her inspiring book The Wisdom of Circles: Gathering Women for Conscious Community.
Christina Hladnik is an Intuitive Artist, Reconnective Healing Practitioner, Inner Child Healing Specialist, Certified Cacao Ceremonialist and Self-Love Coach. She is passionate about reminding others of their own innate magnificence and strives to guide others on how to reconnect to their inner child, where she believes our true joy lies. Through her raw vulnerability, creativity, and in sharing of her own personal healing journey, she has inspired millions worldwide on her social media platforms. Christina is on a mission to remind YOU of YOUR magnificence and joy.
