It's time to Heal and Release.Ancestral Healing Workshop – This workshop focuses on addressing and healing the wounds, traumas, and unresolved issues that are believed to have been passed down by our Ancestors. Ancestral trauma refers to the emotional, psychological, and energetic burdens carried by our ancestors. Unresolved trauma from past generations can be passed down through our DNA, affecting our beliefs, behaviors, and even our physical health. These imprints can manifest as patterns of dysfunction, fear, and disconnection. When our ancestors survived war, poverty, natural disasters, and other traumatic experiences, their survival mechanisms kicked in. They developed behavioral patterns, belief systems, and ways of living and interacting that at the time, felt safe. For many of our ancestors, these patterns kept them alive and functioning in a harsh world where they really had no support and very little opportunity.
Ancestral healing is a deeply personal and transformative journey that can bring healing and balance to individuals and their families. This healing journey can invoke resolution, purpose, deeper compassion, as well as spiritual reconnection. It will allow a spiritual rebirthing into a higher frequency field to occur. This process will involve releasing old patterns, beliefs, and wounds that we inherited from our ancestors that play through our nervous system and energetic body, allowing us to access the higher consciousness and wisdom that is available to us.
Ancestral Healing is a powerful tool for connecting or reconnecting us with our ancestors and reclaiming our heritage! This offering is a 2-hour workshop, the first portion being lecture and the second half will be a guided Ancestral Healing Mediation.
