Here we go, Gages Lake community, it’s time for the annual Ice Golf Fundraiser Event! Please join us at 33842 N. Lake Shore Drive on Saturday, January 25th at 10:00am to kick-off the event, which benefits the Gages Lake Conservation Committee (GLCC). The GLCC takes pride in protecting our cherished natural resource by managing the conservation needs of the lake, as well as providing a wonderful recreational venue for the community. In order to do this, the GLCC needs your support!
Details:
• Adults only event
• Invite your family and friends to drive, chip and putt the course with approximately 90 minutes of play time
• Registration fee: $30pp for Gages Lake community homeowners, friends and family members / $25pp for Gages Lake homeowner volunteers
o Payment is required by January 24th @ 8pm

o Cash or check made payable to Ranya Dietzen (dropped off or mailed to 33250 N. Island Avenue, Gages Lake)
• Capacity is 160 golfers (20 teams of 8 golfers)
o Teams that register with less than 8 golfers may be partnered with registrants in order to maximize capacity
• The first tee time is 10:00am and will be staggered every 15 minutes thereafter with the last tee time at 2:45pm
o If your team is late, you will forfeit your scheduled tee time (registration fees are not reimbursable if you’re late)
• To register your team, please either use Facebook Messenger or email [email protected]
o Include registrant’s names, top 2 desired tee times and your team’s contact information
- If your preferred tee time is not available, we will register you for the 2nd tee time
- You will receive a confirmation of your registered tee time
• Liability waivers are required in order to participate
o You will receive the waiver to complete once your team is registered
o Waivers must be completed and turned in prior to participating in the event
• The course includes 5 holes of ice golf plus 1 mystery hole
• The award ceremony for 1st place male, 1st place female and longest drive Hole 5 for male and female will be at ~4pm
• Enjoy delicious food donated by your neighbors and friends once you’ve completed golfing
• A bonfire on the lake will take place at dusk
• In the event of poor weather, the Ice Golf Committee will consider a rescheduling date
• A port-a-potty will be provided – use of the host house is not available
PLEASE BRING:
• BYOB
• Food dish to share (optional) – please let use know if you plan on bringing a dish
• Chairs
• Ice Cleats
• Tennis ball for each registrant
• Golf club or hockey stick
• Sled or wagon to haul coolers, gear, etc.
• CASH to support the 25-25-50 raffle
