Through the stressors of daily life it can be easy to operate on auto pilot. When we continue to do this over a long period of time we can experience burn out, stress or dissatisfaction as we become disconnected from our true selves.
We warmly invite you to a space for you to connect both the mind and body. Through discussion we will support you to increase awareness around habitual patterns and explore common unhelpful thinking styles to help you identify where and how you can live your life closer to your values and purpose.
Gentle restorative movement and breathwork will be woven amongst conversation which will help give space and increased awareness to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, with the aim to create inner balance.
