🌹 Guided Rose Meditation – The rose, a symbol of divine love and purity, will support our energetic expansion as we connect with our hearts and plant the seeds for personal growth.

🎶 Sound Bath Journey – All you need to do is lay back and relax as the frequencies of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you, dissolving stress and realigning your energy field. This is a powerful opportunity to supercharge your intentions and step into the next phase of your journey with clarity and grace.

• Doors open at 6:40 PM – take this time to settle in and get comfortable.
• The session will begin promptly at 7:00 PM – No latecomers will be admitted once the doors close.

• A yoga mat or gym mat
• A pillow/cushion for comfort
• A blanket or sleeping bag to stay warm
• Layers (the room gets quite chilly)
• Warm socks
• A water bottle or tea for hydration
• An eye mask (optional for deeper relaxation)

• Those that are pregnant, please position your yoga mat towards the back
• May not be suitable for those with epilepsy, pacemakers, metal implants, tinnitus, severe heart conditions, or acute mental health challenges – please seek medical advice before booking.
• No alcohol – Please refrain from consuming alcohol before the session.
• This is an adult-only event (ages 16+).
