The Spring Equinox marks a pivotal shift in our natural calendar. As we emerge from Winter’s darkness, we feel a sense of renewed energy and creativity.
Often considered as ‘nature’s new year,’ this is the perfect opportunity to connect with what we want to bring to life in the year ahead. What inspires us? Lights us up? How can we make more space for joyful living?
You can expect a seasonal sacred tea ceremony, gentle breathwork, meditation, soulful journaling and sound healing.
