Join us in the quiet woods at the side of Holyrood Park for a deeply connecting practice with the trees.No mats, music or mirrors; just the leaves, our tree companions and the earthy autumn air.
This is a hatha yoga based practice where we breathe deeply to both energise and relax; move dynamically to stretch, balance, twist and connect with our physical selves in an equilibrium between strength building and stretching out.
Open level class, focused on what the shapes of yoga feel like over what they look like.
