This is a 60 minute gathering suitable for all levels and abilities. Enjoy a bit of self care during the changing of the season. We focus on “Harvesting & Shedding". We will use Restorative Yoga poses during this blissful hour to enhance our sense of grounding and stability and improve relaxation, mental peace and clarity.
There are a total of three “Autumn Self-Care Women's Circle” this October.
The practice includes 25 min of welcome women’s circle,
25 min of restorative Yoga and
10 min of savasana.
